Fulfilment Policy
At StreamIT, a seamless and reliable experience is provided for all users of the accounting
software. This Fulfilment Policy outlines the terms and processes related to the delivery,
access, and support of the software products and services.
1. Delivery of Services
We do not deliver or sell accounting software. Our services are limited to providing
technical support, troubleshooting, and resolution assistance for customers using their own
existing accounting software.
SaaS Support : Account means a unique account created for You to access our Service or parts of our Service.
On-Premise Software Support :For locally installed software, customers will receive
remote assistance and relevant support instructions upon service confirmation.
Credentials or software access must be provided by the customer to enable accurate
diagnosis and resolution.
2. Agreement & Renewal
For service-based plans:
Plans renew automatically based on the selected billing cycle (quarterly, or annually).
Users will be notified in advance of upcoming renewals.
Plans may be cancelled at any time. Access to support services will remain active
until the end of the current billing period.
3.Renewal Billing and Licensing Overview
Renewals are determined based on the specific product versions licensed by the
customer – namely, Pro, Premiere, Enterprise, and Online. The renewal amount is
calculated according to the number of active users assigned to each version for all
products the customer owns or is licensed to use.
All renewal charges are billed in USD and are payable via Visa, MasterCard, or
American Express.
4. Refunds & Cancellations
Refer to the [Refund Policy] for details on eligibility and the refund request process.
Generally, refunds are only issued for technical issues that cannot be resolved by the
support team, within a specific time window after service renewal.
5. Software Updates and Maintenance
Regular updates are provided to enhance performance, security, and compliance. These
updates are automatically deployed for cloud users and are available for manual download
for on-premise users.
6. Customer Support
Support is available via:
Technical support via phone for troubleshooting accounting software issues.
Remote assistance for software setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Lead generation services by identifying potential customers interested in upgrading
or switching their accounting software.
7. License and Usage
All software is owned and licensed by customers; it is not sold. StreamIT does not sell
software products but instead provides software solutions and related services under
customer agreement. Use of the software is governed by the applicable End User License
Agreement (EULA). Unauthorized distribution, modification, or resale is strictly prohibited.
StreamIT reserves the right to update this Fulfilment Policy at any time. Users will be
notified of significant changes via email or through the platform.
