Role Description
This is a full time onsite role of Recruiters located in Bengaluru. The Recruiters will be responsible for identifying the right talent for the company. They will work closely with the recruitment team to source candidates and screen resumes. They will be responsible to schedule, coordinate and conduct the interview process. They will work with the hiring manager to ensure that all staffing needs are met while maintaining a high level of candidate experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in recruitment
- Expertise in sourcing and attracting candidates
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of recruitment-based technology and tools
- Understanding of HR recruiting process and recruitment metrics
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to work effectively with all levels of an organization
